Dr I somatic cell test strip is an ideal product for the field monitoring herd health, has been widely used in 68 countries.

Main use:

Detection step:

1. Collect a milk sample into a clean container. (take 1/2 test tube volume milk sample), for the   cold cylinder milk sample shall be heated to 35- 38℃square can be detected.

2. Mix the sample before the test , add 50µL of milk to the test strip sample well, using the pipet provided. Let the milk absorb into the well.

3.  Add 3 drops of activator solution to the sample well, after two minutes.

4. Visual determination,  if  the somatic cell count is very high, color will become blue in a few minutes.

Precautions top：

1. The accuracy of fresh milk samples is higher within 8 hours.

2. Milk samples must be pure fresh milk, can’t have preservatives and other dopants  (such as ponopol, etc.).

3. When using the liquid moving gun to take the milk sample drop into the reaction hole, the pipette is strictly prohibited to touch the reaction hole, so as not to damage the reaction filter.

4. If milk is refrigerated, allow it to warm to  35℃-38℃ before testing. should not exceed 38 ° C (our company have the bath equipment available to buy).

5. Test ambient temperature at 25℃ above the best.

6. Test strips and the activator need 4℃-8℃ cold storage, allow it to warm to room temperature before testing,  but can not use heating equipment.

7. After opening the package, please be sure to use test strips and the activator in 1 weeks.

8. To maintain zero test paper clean and dry, it is recommended to replace a month.

9. Test strip can not be reused. Do not bend or remove.

10. Test strip reaction hole if slightly pink can continue to use, if the depth of red can’t continue to use.

11. After dropping milk samples within two minutes dropped activator ensure vertical nature trickle 3 drops, each drop interval 1-2 seconds, to ensure adequate absorption.
